Artist Ty Joseph is offering a private guest quarters in his mid century architectural house on a secluded private road near Mulholland Drive and Laurel Canyon Boulevard for like-minded individuals for short-term / vacation stays.
This is an opportunity to book a truly unique and pleasant experience at a very affordable price.
Nightly fee: $70 for one person, $100 for two.
One time cleaning fee: $60, no other fees / taxes.

The accommodations include: a private room with a queen-size bed, Roku TV, mini-fridge, and private bathroom with both a shower and a tub. Private access from the pool area, access to common areas, living room, kitchen, washer & dryer, essentials, and parking.
You can't bring pets, sorry, but there is a lovely husky on the premises (she is not allowed to access the guest's quarters).
